Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars, and all payments need to be in Australian Dollars.

Besides using the online shopping cart, payments can be made by direct PayPal deposits, direct deposit, money order, or cheque. These details are available on the order form. Unfortunately due to a significant rise in our bank merchant fees, we no longer accept credit card payments other than those made through our online shopping cart. We apologise for the inconvenience...

Postage Prices

Within Australia:
Registered Post (1-5 business days)- $5.00 .................for orders of less than $50.00
                                                    or FREE ..............for orders of $50.00 or more
We are not responsible for items lost in transit, however we'll do our best to assist you in lodging a complaint with Australia Post if this does occur. Express post is available upon request.


International Customers:
Please email sales@pawfectpets.com.au for a postage quote. Please note - the online shopping cart is for Australian customers only.

If your ordered products are in stock, we post them within 1-3 working days. If the item is backordered, we will email you if dispatch will be longer than 1 week. Please allow longer delivery times for international orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sorry - no cash refunds. However, if the product is the wrong size, we will exchange it for the correct size (yet the customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with this). If this is the case, the original item purchased has to be in original condition. We reserve the right to determine whether or not the item is in its unused original condition.

If an item is defective please email us immediately (sales@pawfectpets.com.au) . We will exchange/refund it, and will reimburse you the postage costs associated with this. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is defective or damaged. We do not issue refunds if the damage is due to excessive wear from your pet.

All items are inspected by us before they are posted out, so if an item is damaged during postage, you may need to lodge a complaint with Australia Post.

If you are unhappy with a product, please email sales@pawfectpets.com.au. We strive to please, so if you're not happy, we're not happy.
